Our goal is to serve you the finest and freshest BBQ meals anywhere, on time and
at a reasonable price. Most menus include expert on-site cooks, buffet service
tables with linen tablecloths ,buffet canopies, heavy duty paper plates, eating
utensils, napkin, moist towelettes and condiments. We prepare everything fresh
on-location right before your eyes. Our mobile 10 ft. BBQ’s allow us to cook and
serve almost anywhere. Our BBQ menus are served buffet style. The standard
serving duration is 1 ½ hours, however more service hours are available for
purchase at a corresponding hourly rate. Any leftovers will either be wrapped up
in pans for your enjoyment at a later time or they can be donated in your name
to a local food shelter. Additional serving staff and/or bartenders are
available and may be required at an hourly rate.
With an event in mind, we would be happy to discuss your upcoming event and
supply menus and pricing. A custom proposal can be faxed or e-mailed to you.
After receiving your approval, a signed invoice and a 50% deposit are required
for final confirmation. The balance is due on or before the date of your event.
Upgrades, appetizers, desserts, beverages, rental equipment, and custom menus
may be selected and are all quoted separately. One of The BBQ Boy’s
representatives can meet with you personally to help design your memorable
event. We prefer that you order two weeks in advance (1 week required), bookings
are based on availability. We suggest you book early to ensure your desired date
as we book up completely on Fridays and the weekends. Final guest counts are due
within one week of your event.

Prices are quoted on a per person basis and are subject to change. A minimum of
50 adults is required. The categories of BBQ buffet entree items and side
dishes, appetizers, beverages, desserts, etc., are all quoted separately.
Pricing does not include sales tax or an optional gratuity. Optional gratuities
for excellent service are greatly appreciated and will be received by our staff.
Menu items may be substituted, upgraded or removed at a corresponding price.
Depending on your location, a travel fee may apply. We accept payment in check,
cash, or major credit card. Custom menus are available with specific pricing.
