I have a very busy schedule and seldom take the time to write letters of this
type. However, after yesterday’s event I had to write a special “thank you” for
the wonderful BBQ. With only 1 ½ days notice and only two calls total to arrange
the full event, you (again) came through with flying colors.
I called you asking if you could manage a barbeque for 80 – 100 people. You
replied “no problem” and made all the arrangements. Then I increased the
headcount to 110, which you took in stride. On the day of the BBQ, I was able to
literally point you in the direction and leave you to your own devices. You set
up and prepared the food while I participated in a large meeting. Everything was
set up, prepared, and ready for our very hungry crew to devour on time.
As usual, the BBQ went perfectly. The chicken breasts and sausages were
delectable, and people were almost licking the potato salad bowl clean! The
cookies were devoured, with few crumbs remaining. All 126 people who ended up
eating were well fed and quite happy.
I received many compliments on the excellent food and service. All this was
accomplished by you, without me having to lift a finger. I know that with one
call to you, everything will be taken care of. If anyone asks me who I use for
catering, I certainly will have to say BBQ Boys! Never have I had such a
wonderful experience with a caterer. All I can Say is: THANK YOU FOR THE FIVE
STAR SERVICE!
As expected, our Company BBQ was a huge success. It’s great when I can count on
you and your staff to make our events extra special. As always, the food was
absolutely fantastic!

on the company picnic yesterday, I felt that I had to pass on the compliments to
